Can I place an order by email?
Most orders can be entered online at www.canyonzone.com. Not every process is efficiently supported by the web store. We have used the available functionality where possible to be able to order online as much as possible. What also needs to be done via an adapted procedure are "quotes (for business orders)" and "Reserve for renting equipment".
If you prefer to make your needs known by e-mail, that is of course possible.
Orders via whatsapp, telephone, messenger, text message or other channels can be followed less well and is therefore not recommended.
