Strap loops (sling)
Band slings / webbing / strap loops are made of flat band or tubular material and are therefore more resistant to sharp rocky edges.They are mainly used for self-belays, to anchor a fall protection system or to extend an anchor point, to build a stand and as a hoist, also in canyoning and caving.
