The Cantabrian Mountain and Tourism Federation (Spain) publishes a canyoning guide in Liébana and its surroundings, the work of Juan Carlos Alonso and Alicia Humara.
This is the second guide carried out by this sports federation on canyoning, whose objective is to make Liébana known and its great possibilities of practicing this sporting activity with thirteen routes.
The guide, 80 pages long, reviews the practical data of each descent with the estimated duration of the same, the precise means -such as ropes and rappels-, the right time to carry it out, the flow rate, access by car , the approach, the descent and the return.
The publication contains a wide variety of photographs and maps that support the explanations.
