"All the canyons which should not to go down in the summer." It is through this statement that the introduction of this guide describes 25 canyons which starts in the center of the Iberian Peninsula. And because the continental climate encouraged with respect to the core region of Spain for early or late in the season these often little-known canyons and still worth committing it.
6 sectors are concerned, near Madrid: west (The Hurdes, Jerte Valley, La Vera, Valle del Alto Tiétar), north (Sierra de Ayllon) and east (Serrania de Cuenca). For each trip, the descriptions complete: we find on the front page of the summary of product characteristics (number of abseiling, longest abseil, optimum time ... elevation, height, length, rating, interest rate, shuttle schedules,) accompanied by a presentation of the canyon. This is followed by a description of the access, the approach and return, as well as a map, a topographic profile, a list of obstacles with their equipment and some comments on the loopholes, the nature of power, the geology ...
