29 canyons with cuts, access & description. Some texts which already published earlier this year on the Bauges and the Chartreuse, as well as the Maurienne, Tarentaise and Aravis. This inventory is completed with a chapter titled “these exist as well” which shortly describes 43 streams. Lots of pictures, some adverstising too. In total, 98 pages (+ an erratum) in format 15x21cm.
This guidebook presents the canyoning in the Savoie department, on the mountains of the Maurienne, Tarentaise, Bauges, Aravis and Chartreuse.
The first part includes 29 records. Each one consists of a text description, accompanied by schematic section and an assessment of the interest of the canyon and its difficulty.
The second part succinctly 43 streams of lesser interest, with the information necessary for the descent to the most interesting.
As head of the work, a location map can quickly locate the various canyons. 45 photos grace the descriptions.This booklet of 96 pages, 15x21cm in size, was achieved by self-publishing with the help of the club and Cave Canyon T.E.C.K.E.L. The cover is stitched (2 staples).
