The Climbing Technology (CT) Pillar Steel is asSnapper steel carabiner with keylock closure, designed to act as remkarabiner during descent. Mainly used by cavers (as brake carabiner at the descender / descendeur) for work at height, industrial safety and rescue:
- great strength and durability, high work loads;
- ideal for lowering, working at height, hauling and rescue maneuvers;
- zinc-plated finish prevents rust formation in moist environments;
- catch-free nose avoids snagging when clipping and unclipping.
